Hi, This sounds like a project I might be genuinely interested in. It would be great if you could share more details about the scope of the project, so I can decide how good of a fit I would be. I get the feeling that Hyperledger would be the right tool to use in your case. A little bit of background: I'm a solid backend engineer with blockchain experience an interests, familiar with smart contracts, Hyperledger and bunch of other blockchain technologies. I've build a crypto exchange from scratch in the past (see my profile), so I have a very good understanding of all the aspects.
