You MUST have access to Monster, Dice, or similar job board to apply for this job. I will need valid phone numbers and email addresses of all candidates. Tell me which job board(s) you have access to. I want you to search for resumes based on a key word/skills and location I give you for each technical position. Then you will forward those resumes to me via email. Example: Pretend I'm looking for a Sr. Big Data Architect in Philadelphia, PA. Key search words would be "Agile, Architect, Spark, Cloudera". Location would be within 50 miles of Philadelphia, PA. You would then search different combinations of the key words above and add in some of your own. You would first find 1-3 resumes and send to me so that I can ensure you are on the right track. Once we confirm you are on the right track, you would then send me as many resumes as you can find matching the agreed upon parameters within a 2 hour time frame. If you are capable, I would also like you to call the candidates and validate their background and experience. This is not a requirement though.
