12 x Houses, with each house being basically the same, and must have the following:
2 x Bedrooms (both should be able to accommodate 1 x double bed, or 2 x single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, wall mounted mirror, shelves)
1 x Bathroom (Shower, Toilet, Wash Basin, wall mounted toiletry cabinet)
1 x Kitchen (Able to accommodate a stove, sink, refrigerator, counter cabinet, microwave, kettle, work space), also must have an entrance / exit door
1 x Living room (4 seater dining table, 2 x 2 seater sofa's, TV stand, coffee table, main entrance must lead into the living area
Ceilings should have lighting, and ceiling fans with lights in the bedrooms and living room
Covered porch area (must be at least 1.5m wide), should have main entrance door, leading into living area
Must have double wash basin wall mounted near kitchen door
Same tile throughout house, with kitchen and bathroom wall being completely tiled.
Pitched tiled roof with gutters
Medium sized windows in bedrooms, kitchen, living room
Small bathroom window
Maximum square meterage should not exceed 60 square meters per house, including the porch
I need parking for 8 tenant vehicles, as well as between 8 - 12 other parking bays for visitors, or extra tenant vehicles.
A communal recreation area which must have a covered barbecue area, small jungle gym, small artificial turf soccer / football area (with nets), seating space for at least 50 persons. The recreation area should not exceed 600 square meters
2 or 3 houses could be joined / meaning using the same wall
Behind each house a washing line to hang clothing for drying
Entire plot to be paved
Natural, earthy tones to be used as paint, internal and external
CAD design a must, as I need various pictures, as well as 3d renditions
