Seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience in Civil Engineering holds Bachelor in civil engineering & masters in Quality Engineering & Management , Structural Engineering, Project Management, Contracts and Tendering Management, Quality, Residential, Industrial, Infrastructure & Port Construction Industry. Presently working as Independent consultant with GREEN DES LAB. Thorough knowledge of Architectural & structural design includes reinforced concrete, steel structure design with detailing in 2D and 3D, Green building design, Estimation, Proposal preparation, Rate analysis, Project Scheduling and with international construction codes. An effective communicator with strong people management, leadership, analytical and coordination skills. Experience of working in cross-cultural and multi-lingual environments. At present I am working with I am builder, An estimation company for their estimation projects. I have very good experience in General contracts items estimation, all trades related to residential, commercial and industrial project. I can work remotely. and now I am based in Bangalore , India. I was working as a Estimation team head for USAED army in Afghan projects and now associating with SSG, BYA, Sheva7, for Estimation and take off services. I am proficient with Bluebeam Revu software. Software Proficiency: Autocad, Revit, Staad Pro, Sap2000, MS Project, Primavera6, MS Office, Sketchup, Lumion, Bluebeam revu.
