repair audio (normalize a person's voice) in imp4 files

I have six mp4 (audio only) files (total of less than 28 minutes) where the voice of the speaker does not sound natural. The voice is too loud, somewhat metallic and there is background hiss. I need the person's voice normalized and the hiss removed. I imagine an application like the Adobe Audition would be ideal to handle this job. I am uploading a short segment of one of the mp4 files. Let me see the improvement you can provide and I will decide whether or not to go ahead with having the rest of the project fixed.

I've already done my audio correction, how do I send it to you? The voice has dimmed a bit because I removed a lot of the noise. If you prefer that the voice be heard a little more bright you will hear more noise because it is quite sharp.
