Voting site in ASP .Net

Hi all, Looking for a team (with at least 2-3 .Net experts) that can assist us in building a custom public voting site in ASP .Net. Detailed requirement can be discussed with the short listed providers; below is a quick snapshot of the important requirements so you what would be needed. Please bid on the project ONLY if you have relevant website samples to share with us. -Voting application with the following features: • Selectable category navigation • Voting gallery with product image (enlargeable in lightbox), description and option for advertisement banner • IP Address detection and persistent user information (info & votes submitted by users will be remembered) • User verification through auto generated password sent through SMS • Voting manager in admin panel with automatic reports -Multilevel member, Admin & Registration form -Advertisement/banner management -Newsletter management -Participation form with form manager in Admin Panel -Shopping cart & Payment gateway integration (PAYPAL only) -Ipad/Smartphone friendly design Please NOTE - All frontend/backend layouts will be provided by us in layered psds.
