Write, rewrite, and edit some articles

I am looking to hire someone to write for me once a week (500-700 words.) I am looking for a ghost writer someone who can write or rewrite about complicated topics and explain them in a simple easy to understand fashion. The writer must use practical examples that can be used in today's world for example, in the book "The 48 Laws of Power" the author Robert Greene uses real life historical people like King Louie and Cleopatra to explain principles in his book. I like the concept, but I want to use people of today's era like Robert Downy Jr. I want to use famous or semi famous entrepreneurs, actors, and pop icons. Lastly, I need someone to add comedy (sometimes but not always) to the article. However, they have to keep in mind I want to explain topics that tend to be complicated or psychological in simple English. The following means no use of large vocabulary or jargon that needs to be explained. In a nut shell here's an explanation of the style I like in three videos.
