I have experience on Many Webhosting Control panels, If you are willing to Pay Licence fee, Then We have Options Like Cpanel, Plesk , Directadmin etc.. Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for posting your requirement. My name is Inderjeet, I run a small IT services firm based at Chandigarh, India. We've been into IT since 1994. You don't need to spend on creating a new one. It will take years to make it mature and compatible with all aspects. Get Cpanel for $12-$17 per month from your hosting provider only. if they can't, let me know we will arrange the license. Unfortunately, it needs a fresh server so everything will need to be re-installed. We can do the needful for you while maintaining backups etc. Depending on how much size your site is consuming in disk and database, it will take between 1 and 3 days to get done, provided you decide to go that way. The bid amount is minmium but it will cost you INR 2250/- for one time installation and configuration of the same with minimal downtime. Let me know if you're interested or have any questions.
