Create compelling Content From Videos and Posts!!

I am looking for someone to take my longer content and create shorter content from it! whether thats blog posts, facebook posts, instagram pictures, videos with words on it, etc! I want someone on my side with excellent copywriting skills to listen to videos I've made and come up with small and medium length content from it! I will be posting this content on facebook, and a daily devotional I send out daily! It would help if the person I hire was a Christian that could relate to the content itself. I need someone who is a self starter and has the INITIATIVE to CREATE compelling content having been given the reigns. I don't want to be asked tons of questions, just someone who is able to go for it! I'd also like for the person I hire to be willing to call me and read the content they propose and allow me to make little tweaks to it on the spot.
