hi, i am an electrical engineer and i work in a good firm. i have a great expertise on coding of arduino, and i have seen your link , it is the similar task i did in past. i have made a water level detector integerated with temperature sensor and turbidity sensor and it will tell all the stats on the serial comm. i have used many sensor for this like ph probe,sonar to find level etc. So i will assure you to complete this task in the allocated time and this task is really easy for me to do.
