I am looking for a more experienced android/IOS apps developer to build a mobile app that works offline/online (built in Realm or XMarin, or any other.). App will be used in remote areas to collect data of pregnant women during prenatal medical consultations or checkups even when there is no internet and synchronize data when internet comes back. For each woman they have to fill in up to 37 excel rows such as 1).Date, 2).Patient ID, 3). Patient name. (37. Patients visit health centers up to 4 times for checkup before the delivery. So this means patient's name or ID don't need to be repeated. Data are collected daily and reported monthly (sent to central office). See attached screenshot to have an idea of some I need in app.

Can develop the synchronization app. I have done that for an NGO already. So looks quiet similar. Lets start discussing Relevant Skills and Experience Developed similar app for an NGO named Restless Development. They are still using it.
