Hello, I am a member of a Niche Club. I am getting monthly about 10 Niches to have those prepared, designed and finally uploaded to my hosting server. Almost everything is already finished. Its the work which needs to be done to have those sites up and running. I guess it is something very perfectly for someone who looks for some kind of homework and gets paid for it. Instructional Videos are available for the person winning this bid. The work to be done is listed inside the attachement. You will see that all is very easy to handle, although I am asking for exclusivity. You will not be allowed to use this for reselling. What may be a bid of work is to create the (exisiting) content unique. What I mean is I am not the only member and to avoid double content (not too good for google search engine) it has to be a rewriting of the article to make the content unique again. However, there are tools available to do this job. So, I am looking for someone working closely together longterm with to have my 10 sites up and running EACH month. (10 Niches each month) Aside from running the sites a kind of additional work is needed. Each site should get banners to promote another service of mine and should link to that service ofcourse. That will not be explained in the attachement, but is part of the deal. Article Marketing is also needed, but explained in the attachement. Please quote your work on monthly base ! Payment will be done after the 10 sites are up and running without fail, latest by end of a month for the previous month. Example: 10 Niches will be provided on 15th April 2010. You must have all sites up and running by 14th May 2010 and payment for that will be 30th May 2010 Maintanance of the sites is needed as well and is part of the work. You may have further questions. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
