450685 A 5 Page HTML Website

We need a 5 Page HTML site first draft completed by October 27. The final draft (after all edits/corrections/changes) is due on October 29 by 8 am my time (United States, EST). We will provide all content. The tabs will be Home, About Us, Services, Quote Request and Contact Us. Please see attached images of a sample home page design we need; we need it simplified because we will only have 5 total pages including the home page but I am including it so you get the basic idea as to how we need the image we send you to fill the screen as in the example. The site needs to be complementary to other marketing pieces such as business cards and postcards so I am including those as well so you get an idea for look and feel and color schemes. One of the images you can use for the home page image (the one that "fills" the page). We will supply the contact us form and quote request form that will need to be "fillable" by the visitors of the site and then the completed information will need to be routed to a specific email address. We need a link to [login to view URL] so that visitors can enter their zip code and get the weather conditions. Also, we have a mileage calculator image/code we can send - also for the home page. This is linked to google maps. Most importantly, the deadline has to be met. We need a designer that is very deadline oriented and has a very high work ethic. We need and expect daily progress reports either via email or IM as well. If you are unable to adhere to our communication requirements, please do not bid on the project. We are interested in building a long-term working relationship with the chosen designer, for multiple and continuous projects. Thank you.
