Animated Random Fixture Generator Online

Hi, Am looking for simple but rich animated random fixture generator online. Here only two screens: 1. Screen to add judge names. Admin can add a number of judges with the + icon. Just Add screen and delete the record. No need edit screen 2. Generate Fixture screen. It will take a total number of judges added and then will take one by one judge from the added list to ballot screen. Here, each judge will come into new position in the ballot screen need an animation in a rich way. After fixture generated need an option to print also view it until next fixture generate.
