LONG TERM - Video Developer

I need a VIDEO DEVELOPER who can use After Effects, Premier Pro, Flash etc to create beautiful videos ON A PERMANENT BASIS. I always have work that needs doing. You will be paid per job. You MUST have GOOD ENGLISH You MUST have GOOD DESIGN SKILLS You MUST be RELIABLE, ONTIME and with a GOOD PRICE per job I have 3 projects which need completing at the moment. I want a designer with whom I CAN HAVE A LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP.
