Android Canvas and draw start now

Budget:20-25$,please apply only if u can work within budget and have enough experience with canvas,draw lines between circles,start now [login to view URL] full time freelancer. Please find attachment. Call API/firebase to get values and show on new screen .Onclick on circles ,trigger value from API/firebase onto dialog box. 3 colored circles only. Need to be online, anydesk,,bitbucket must. Once code is reviewed,milestone will be released,integrate into exisiting code. Please be patient and provide quality code. Looking for long term. Graph should be plotted for the topics in the subject. When user clicks on any topic a box will be popped out where it will have topic name, Score (It should be average of all the attempts), no of attempts. if user Score was <=2 the circle should be in red. if user Score was <=3 the circle should be in orange. if user Score was >=4 the circle should be in Green. if user not attempted any quiz then the circle should be in grey color and user clicks grey then box will be popped with the title of the topic and with some message “Let’s start”.
