We have recently started using Xero as our accounts software. We visit customers sites, take orders and leave the order with the customer supplying items from our vans. We need to be able to create a delivery note for the customer to sign to indicate that what has been left with the customer. We then need to update the delivery note within Xero to convert it into an invoice. The delivery note needs to be attached to the invoice when it is emailed to the customer and also be linked to the invoice for us to find it easily within Xero. I understand this project requires an API but not sure? I would like to work closely with you to ensure we get what we need.

Greetings! I am a CPA, XERO Advisor & Migration Certified. I am interested with the task. I have clients using receipt bank application where in a copy of an invoice is attached to the bill and then process for payment. Yours is a reverse case, I would like to ask if you want to manually upload/attach the delivery notes in xero or you want it auto generated? If manually, like from your mobile uploaded to xero, it can be easily done and I know the process. Please send me a message and I will further explain to you my proposal of the process.
