Hi, I need help with filing of my and my wife w-2 income for year 2017 and I also have small real estate LLC, for which I use quick book online. I self filed tax last year using taxact.com. Need to tax file of LLC as well. Following are the need for updating quick book. List looks long but most of them is quick fix for someone experienced with quick books Quickbookonline data cleaning and update. For my small LLC which deals with real estate. Following is books keeping and data cleaning for LLC. Though seems a long list, but most of them are easy fix. Properly account for the mortgage transactions and sale of One property through 9/2017. Properly account for purchase and mortgage transaction of One property-2016 through Agust 31, 2018. Enter and reconsile Operating bank account 2016 through August 31, 2018. Enter and reconcile savings bank account, 2016 through August 31, 2016. Moves B Bank transacions to Owners investment account. Move Company transactions to proper place. Correct erroneous transactions in Account Receivable. Correct transctions in Uncaterogozed in Accounts Receivable. Properly account for fixed assets Properly classify transactions for one Credit card 2016, through August 31, 2018. Correct entries on opening balance equity Correct entries in Opening balance equity. Enter and reconcile company Card, 2016 through Aug 31, 2018. Properly caterogize expenses in contractors. Properly categorize Income Properly categorize, ask my accountant transactions. Properly classify transactions in Meals. Properly classify other business expense. Properly classify Reimbursable expenses. Properly classify in Utiities Verify transactions in Repairs and maintenance.
