CAPTCHA ZEN CART PROBLEM

Look for an expert in zen cart that can help me from time to time when all else fails, also throughout the year ongoing work from new sites. At this stage look for someone to fix a major and busy website that is live, the captcha image is not showing up and new clients cannot purchase - I have been thru the .php files that reference CAPTCHA and modified these.. no go I have been thru ADMIN and activated, de-activated the CAPTCHA I have tried to install a new CAPTCHA hoping it would override the broken one No go.. Even if we find the missing files, the feature itself is not working, I have deleted it from the cpanel and also removed it to false in the customers details section and still will not remove from the login page Please help me - the job goes to the first reason dollars to fix it for me, please contact me for all details
