Click to Call - Ajax - UI

I am looking to get a "Click - to - Call" interface created. (Built with Ajax in DNN) This is to be used over and over again for different clients with different phone numbers on different web sites..... (of course). I have an "IfByPhone" account so the code to start with can come from there. ( I would hope as a developer/programmer you would have an account there also so as to use your code as an example of your skills) What I am looking for as an end result is like this one here >> [login to view URL] On this page on the right hand side you will see the Click to Call button. You may notice the the interface is done as a pop over and does not create a new tab. I wish it to behave in the same manor, as well as have the darkening effect. Also I will want to have the ability to swap out the Scorpion logo to the different client logos. (Basically the exact same idea) I am looking for that exact (or better) style of interface. I believe it will need Ajax. Also the sites (I am using) are built in DNN. So this would need to be used and replicated in a DNN Module Container.
