ASP.NET SOAP Webservice interaction

We currently have a website that runs on Classic ASP. We are looking to roll out a sister website that will consume a SOAP compliant Web service from a 3rd party. We have the SDK for the web service from the 3rd party. Unfortunately, we cannot use classic ASP for this as it requires the SOAP toolkit, and our ISP will not load that because the server is 2003.
Anyhow, our expertise is in classic ASP right now, and this needs to be done is ASP.NET.
Basically what we need is for someone to help us customize the already WORKING example that this 3rd party supplied to meet our needs. The examples return a generic price, we need to modify that on the fly either across the board by a percentage, or better yet by values stored in a table in our database depending on the item manufacturer. We would also be interested in customizing the way the data is displayed.
The current site uses PAYPAL IPN integration, and we would like to do the same for the new site. Expertise/Experience with this in addition to the above is desireable.
