Create 2 Sided Cards in InDesign from XML feed

We have XML available for a series of vocabulary "flash cards" which we need to export to PDF. The end users will print off sets of cards from the PDF for themselves. The project requires 1) A simple design of a 2-sided vocabulary card with specified elements. 2) an InDesign template created to build the supplied XML into a 4-UP 2-sided card printable on 8.5" X 11". InDesign, of course, will export to PDF so that is one requirement. The project must take our standard XML data of varying content length, supplied by a file or a URL and enter it into the necessary fields in InDesign 5.5 or better. See attached zip for scan of the old cards, a layout of the 4-Up 2-sided page and a map of where each element goes Milestones: 1) basic design of card accepted by client showing all elements. 2) sample of produced InDesign -> PDF output with supplied sample data. Note the inverted layout required front to back. 3) delivery of the inDesign template files and any associated instructions so we may run it ourselves. If you bid -- please point me to work you have done that is similar to the requirement. That will be the big factor in deciding whom to award it to.
