I am taking over maintenance of a Joomla website. I moved it over to GoDaddy and migrated it from Joomla 2.5 to Joomla 3.6.2, but the site has problems. The original designer said this about it: the site is actually two sites. There is the Joomla installation and the SugarCRM installation. You may need the databases for both of those. SugarCRM is in a subdirectory called “crm" Transitioning the databases is the hard part you’ll need to modify the Joomla and SugarCRM configs. There are some database records buried in the Joomla database that control the integrating with SugarCRM. Finding them was not easy. I went on intuition and would have trouble finding them again. Those records contain the username/password for the CRM database so that Joomla can insert records into it directly. Currently I have back end access, and if I use Allerta template, I can get something of a front end to show. But if I use any warp 7 templates, all I get on the front end is 1064 SQL syntax errors. We could either fix the broken 3.6 site, or perhaps move the data from the 3.6 site over to a fresh install of Joomla 3.6???
