Customize woocommerce website

We currently run a gourmet food home delivery business and are using WooCommerce on a WordPress site. To date, we have been using several plugins to control the following functions: - Restricting delivery to specific zip codes (extended to zip+4) - Requiring a minimum delivery amount ($25) - Adding a $6 delivery charge for orders under $55, free otherwise - Requiring a delivery date at least 24 hours past the order deadline of noon EST (deliveries only Sunday - Wednesday) We are now looking to add same-day delivery functionality within this same framework, but only for specific menu items to a specific delivery area that is a subset of our current area. To do so, we would need the following updates/customizations: 1) Cart restrictions based on category - The same-day delivery (SDD) meals will be assigned a specific category. We need to make sure that same-day delivery orders are restricted to only this category. 2) Address verification - SDD orders must be verified against the delivery area. If the customer enters an address outside the area, an error should be displayed and the order halted. 3) Minimum order adjustment - We have a plugin called "Minmum purchase rules" which should allow us to customize this, but we need to reduce the minimum order quantity to $10 from $25 for SDD Orders. 4) Delivery Fee Removal - There should be no delivery fee for SDD Orders 5) Remove Delivery Date Field - There should be no delivery date specified for SDD Orders. Most of these updates involve minor modifications to existing plugins. Our current site will be deployed to a staging area for development and testing.
