Dedicated native speaking Virtual Assistant needed for a long term contract

I'm looking for a native speaking virtual assistant for a long term contract. Dedication and availability to work are the most important qualities I am looking for. Typical tasks that I would like you to accomplish on a regular basis would be the following: 1) Manage, moderate and actively participate in all discussions on my forum about indoor growing, grow lights, etc. (more details later, this work will need some research to be done prior to answering questions on the forum). 2) Finding experts in different niches on the web, communicating with them in order to convince them to blog for my website. 3) Create and maintain social network profiles (Facebook, Google+, Twitter) for several blogs. 4) Email outreach 5) Perform web research. 6) Perform competition analysis. 7) Thinking of new interesting ideas and topics for blog posts that I will be sending to my writers later. 8) Respond to emails. 9) Finding staff 10) Working with Google Docs 11) WordPress 12) Web scraping 13) Other general virtual assistant tasks. To begin with, I would like you to work 2 hours per day (excluding the weekends of course), but soon enough it will change to 4 hours per day. Many VA's I have hired have gone on to get pay increases, increase in hours and long term contracts. I will create a paid test assignment to determine your skills, abilities and dedication prior to engaging in the long term contract.
