QC Accountants is a new Accounting practice situated on the Gold Coast Queensland. Our values are to provide our clients with simple, convenient & quality services and solutions to our clients small business needs. As part of our website, we aim to provide prospective customers with the option to complete a series of questions about their business and bookkeeping and tax needs. Based from the response provided by the clients, we would like the form to produce a monthly fee estimate. We have enclosed an excel document that details the dollar weighting of the questions. Once the fee estimate has been submitted. We would like a ‘summary of services’ form to be automatically generated on the page and emailed to the client’semail address. We have provided more specific details of our desired development requirements.
