Background not appearing in google Chrome

Hi, This project is very simple: there are background images on each page of this wordpress site. They work in all major browsers (Safari, Opera, IE and FIrefox) but aren't working in google chrome. In chrome, you'll notice that there's a black background instead of the images. I need to have the background working in Chrome too, and to keep the rest of the website intact. Let me know what you need to get the problem fixed.
