## Deliverables
**BillingConsolidated Table** has repeated rows which we want to delete.
How do identify what rows to delete?
Using sorted Z-A CustomerIDCount field from BillingConsolidatedTable.
Higher values of that field, after we apply **sorting Z-A** are more likely to be deleted.
How to know how many records/files to delete from each campaign?
That value comes from table "**Input-Output**" Adjustment field.
See an extraction of **Input-Output** table and its Adjustment field:
**Campaign Adjustment**
700 -4
701 -2
This means that campaign 700 needs to delete top higher values/rows of BillingConssolidatedtable
So using info from **Input-Output** table we can identify which files require to be deleted:
Campaign CustomerIDCount
700 9*
700 8*
700 8*
700 8*
700 4
700 4
700 1
701 8*
701 8*
701 4
701 4
701 1
*rows marked for deletion
Following with example:
* From campaign 700 we will delete "upper" first -4 rows as stated on Adustment field from Input-Output table
* From campaign 701 we will delete "upper" first -2 rows as stated on Adustment field from Input-Output table
**Notes about Adjustment Field from Input-Output table:**
**Adjustment field contains :**
1. **Negative values:** when negative then proceed to delete [normal operation]
2. **Positive values:** do nothing, I mean not to delete
3. **Null fields:** do nothing I mean not to delete
**FINAL DESIRED RESULT:**
To have a BillingConsolidateTable free of selected duplicated values identified true above steps.
