Develop Simple C# Class to Compare Workbooks in Excel

We want a simple C# class that when passed a path to an existing Excel spreadsheet, the names of two Worksheets in that Spreadsheet, and the key columns in each spreachsheet (which are in the first row), it will compare the key columns between both spreadsheets and insert records in the first worksheet where they previously did not exist (but did in the second). The following items should be kept in mind: 1. It is assumed that there is an order to the "key" columns and the insert should insert where appropriate in the right order 2.
