Big Data entry project

we need NO individuals, so companies must have at least 40 people now. We have plenty of Data entry work, we need about 50 people within 1 month, this probably can grow to 100 people in few months. We want to have a start with 5 people for period of 1 week, targets Must be made. If some employees not made target, they can not work for our projects. Payment will be $1 per hour , so if worker works 160 a month we pay your company $160. If working 200 hours we pay $200.
