Provide a _working_ C# code snippet similar to the following (sorry about the lousy formatting):

Any other code solution that will iterate through the open IE instances and return these will be acceptable.
This must work with Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7 and Windows 8. Use of 3rd party libraries, tools etc is not acceptable, must use standard COM and/or API calls.
"Working" is defined as working correctly on one of our systems (Windows 7 and Windows 8). No good if it only works on your computer.
I suggest that you create a video showing the code working in VS2010 first and post that.
If you know how to do this, this should be a gimme.
