We need someone to help us design and build the REST API-back end for our site. Built with C# using EntityFramework with a Repository-pattern. It should handle user logins with different user roles such as Regular user, Moderator, Administrator and leave room for more roles. The database could either be a RDB like MSSQL or a NoSQL-db like MongoDB. The most content will be user created text content with formatting. We also need some help/advice with using ReactJS as our front-end framework. Our development team is building the front end and just needs advice about best practices and integration of an editor like the one found on [login to view URL] . Statistics should be saved and be able to be displayed for users and admins. And finally a good way to deploy the site that can feature caching, load-balancing and spinning up new servers as we need.
