I am not sure why are you not looking for any CMS or a ready template which can help you to reduce time and cost. Look, I do not have any issue to build it from scratch but it is important for me to know what is your objective so that I can give you best offer accordingly. Please do not take it otherwise, as I always try to read client mind so that I can align with him and can satisfy him with my result. Now, when you are planning to build an e-commerce site, it is important to plan from where you will get the product data. Based on your decision the cost and everything will vary. For ex: if you are planning to upload the products from your Admin then it is ok but if you are planning you will call any third party API to make it correct in that case it may cost you a bit high. At the same time for external Call, I will have to check what would be there and how I will be able to manage it. I think you can understand what I mean. Now, the rest concerns area as following: - Is this site would be single vendor site or a multiple vendor site? - How are you planning to manage the Discount, offers and Promo Code features for your site. May you will give some unique thought to manage it. - Do you want to involve shipping part to the site? or this is not in this phase? - What features or reporting tools you need in Admin area, please clarify. - If there would be vendors then please clear me on features required for vendors.
