Dating site creation

We want to build a website similar (clone) to Relationship Exchange website. [login to view URL] We would also like to include in this site that we are creating a video presentation using animation for texts and images. We want something motivational and inspirational with a strong message about the opportunities we are offering. Some kind of a 3D Animation video that would only last about 60 seconds. In order to achieve all this, we are looking for a company who specializes in web-related technologies for website developments and flash animations. We need a team of developers who have experience in developing similar projects and can complete this in the least time. We will discuss more details in the future. We are looking for a favourable reply. This project is urgent. Here are some specific properties we are looking for: -Must deliver a website with all the features on Relationship exchange page as well as the features on the World dating partners power point presentation page. - I will own the rights for the entire source code for this site. -Want to have administrative rights for future modifications or add-ons to the site.
