Customize OScommerce template

I recently discovered the osCommerce shopping cart system, and realize that this is exactly what I need for one of my websites. Using template #9796 from [login to view URL] - but done in these colors: [login to view URL] We will be adding our Fall line (more than a dozen new products) in about a month and I want to have this job finished before then. Unfortunately I am just a graphic artist - so while I can easily provide that one large graphic on the front page needed to personalize the site - I want to hire someone to install the shopping cart and change the site colors. THE JOB: --SHOPPING CART: We want our site: [login to view URL] to use OScommerce using the website template linked above that I pay for (so don't include template price in your quote). --PHONE SUPPORT: We will need ongoing phone support (for an hourly rate) to teach me how to add items to the site and use the backend. Qualified applicants will be able to speak English well. Most of what we need is pretty normal stuff and is probably included in the basic OScommerce package: --Customer log in option. --Send customers email with confirmation of order + they get an email later with tracking number when item is shipped. --Option to make product disappear from customers' view when product is out of stock. --Site must be "google friendly" (no frames) with good meta tags, etc. --We need to be able to generate a CSV file of our daily shipments to upload into UPS Worldship. --We use [login to view URL] to process credit cards. --Plus the static pages that are on my existing site: size chart, shipping cost, return policy, international, about us... --Plus whatever other features come automatically with the basic OScommerce package; translation into English, German & Spanish, search feature, categories, etc. The $100-300 budget for this project is what I expect to be the range for just personalizing the template (I hope it is realistic, we only have 4 products!)... being a first time user of [login to view URL] I don't know how hourly rates are bid. Please let me know as I don't wish to circumvent any fees on this site.
