Convert a html website to wordpress with customizations (Read carefully before bid)

We need to convert a html website to wordpress with some new plugin Our current website is [login to view URL] (we have zip files of the website ready [html, css, photos]). We need it to be converted to wordpress CMS with 100% exactly the same design, all coloring, font type, size, and spacing should be the same for all existing content. Features/new page required to be added to the menu: 1) our people - require to show a map with dots, when clicked it will show the staff info for the country, address and googlemap thumbnail of the location (reference: [login to view URL] > click people at menu). We should be able to set location, and update content of staff to be shown in backend.
