Bom, para melhor entendimento e para atender toda a sua necessidade, precisaremos fazer alguns breakpoints básicos para o sucesso do seu projeto. 1 - Levantamento das necessidades: precisamos conversar para entender todas as regras e definição do seu negócio para iniciar a estruturação do site. Imagino que levaremos uma semana para levantar todos os dados. Caso tenha algum documento de entendimento ajudará bastante. 2 - Definição da arquitetura e estrutura do projeto: Após o levantamento inicial, definirei a estrutura necessária de acordo com entendimento e alinhamento que faremos. Já imagino utilizarmos alguns frameworks: bootstrap, jQuery, newrelic, rails (4.2.5), rspec (TDD). Não estou contando com design e UX|UI, mas posso ajudar no que for necessário para viabilizar. 3 - desenvolvimento do site: Desde o primeiro dia de trabalho focarei no desenvolvimento da plataforma de acordo com o levantamento e especificações definidas, toda segunda-feira nos faremos uma reunião onde eu mostrarei as próximas features a serem entregues e na sexta-feira validaremos toda a entrega.
