Convert a Template to a Website

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are Wordpress, HTML, JAVA, ETC... Right now the site is setup with sweetdates and thus a lot of the requirements are built in and would just need to be tweaked. The site would be invite only, so when navigating to the site a user should see a simple splash page that has our logo and a full back ground image and the ability to login. We can focus on the basics first 1. Social media feel, either sweet dates or mingle 2. People who sign up pick a username 3. People must be invited to join 4. Profile should have the following a. A picture section b. If they are any of the following: Single Male Single Female Couple c. Age of each person I.E. if a couple Males age and Females age d. Height of each person e. Weight of each Person f. Join Date g. Online/offline indicator h. Last date online i. Location j. A section called “About Us” in this section they type what they are looking for k. A section called “What we are looking for” l. A way for members to search for each other m. A way for members to block each other n. A way for members to email each other
