I am looking for some who has extensive CSS knowledge to create a 3 column layout with a two 3 header boxes/bars (2 for header logo/graphics and 1 for the navigation menu). This may seem like an easy straight forward project, and it is, but i will require for the designer to give me detailed information on how to add content to the relavent sections. So the layout should as follows: • the logo/icon • the main header content and image • the main navigation system running across the width of the page • left hand column (for sub menu use) • main bod (centre content) • right hand column (for ads and other images) • footer (for copyright statment) Please content for me more detailed requirements. i will provide a link of what i want the end site to look like. Please make genuine comments regarding this quick project. please see attached doc for more details

However I could not open the attached file as i was getting the following error.
