A Jackpot website for csgo skins. Using Steam API and Steam Trade Offer bots.
Basically. Each skin is worth a certain amount, you can use steam market api to get the price of each skin. But basically for every 0.01$ you put in you get 1 ticket. Each pot is a max of 50 skins, and the max skins they can send in a steam trade offer at once is 10 skins. The steam bot then accepts the trade offer, gets the sum of each skin adds it up.
So basically the more you put in the pot, the more tickets you get, the higher chance you get of winning the jackpot.
Who ever wins, gets the all the skins in the jackpot, it sends them a steam trade offer back with the items they won, instantly.
The website gets 3% of each jackpot though. So say if the pot is 100$ it would take out 3$ worth of skins and send the rest to the winner.

First off I am actually very interested in the website itself as I have played quite a bit of CSGO so I have quite a bit of knowledge on how the skins work and I've also learned a bit of the Steam API so this makes me perfectly suitable for the concept.
Not only this but I have extensive knowledge in web technologies and web development having worked for companies like Uber where I had to use new technologies like Node.js which I know you can use to interact with the Steam API and especially for the trade offer bot. This would allow me to effectively complete this task in a short space of time but to a very high level in order to keep your budget reasonably low.
I would probably use Node.js, HTML, CSS and Javascript to complete this task and make sure that me and you did extensive testing so that you were satisfied with the end product.
