Build a Website

Hi, I need a Wordpress website (ie including CMS) that can allow me to produce multimedia articles like this: (1) [login to view URL] and this: (2) [login to view URL] So that is: - full-screen-width looped background video with title of article and small introduction (seen in 1&2) (Note - I’ve tried regular GIFs but the quality is too low) - parallax scrolling with full-screen-width looped videos as a background to text appearing over the top (as in 2) - scrolling can also trigger an audio track which the viewer can mute easily (as in 1) - scrolling can trigger a full-screen-width video to play in a sleek high quality video player (as in 1) - text must be adjustable by me - including position, font, size - videos and imagery must be updateable by me Also a nice bonus feature would be: - scrolling that moves features of an image like here: [login to view URL] The home page would need to look something like this: [login to view URL] (the big screen-width image would advertise that month’s multimedia article) and with content set out like this:: [login to view URL] Other pages required: - news section - features section (listing the multimedia articles) - series section - about - contact Quotes for making this bespoke, or suggested current themes to achieve the above, or any advice very welcome.
