I would suggest I take your existing site and move it to WordPress to keep costs down. With this you will be able to login using an intuitive web interface and make changes as well as add and remove pages & images from the site. My rate is budgetary as i haven't seen all the pages of the site but it shouldn't differ much if all the pages are similar to your homepage. The links appear to be broken on the homepage so i can go any deeper. For a small additional charge i would be happy to pop over to Ireland once the site is finished and do a formal handover and go over any queries/training requirements you may have.
