Build an Online Store

Hello, I am creating this project as we are in need of a full fledged e-commerce website where we provide the sellers a platform to list their products under various categories. At the same time, we are also planning to sell products of popular e-commerce portals like flipkart etc as their affiliates..The site will also have a section to recharge ,pay bill,e-wallet etc almost like paytm, , mobikwik etc where the user can use various utility services.. So, basically our website will have 3 major sections : 1. We will sell products as an affiliate for premium portals 2. We will develop a marketplace for the vendors to add their products on our site and do the selling part 3. We will develop a section for the users where they can pay utility bills , recharge mobiles,e-wallet I want a detailed proposal from companies of Kolkata with cost and timeline to develop such website with preferred platforms to use this site.. will it be based on core php or magento or any other language? It will be a full fledged e-commerce website and I need a dedicated team to take care of this project from scratch. We are looking for interesting parties to bid on with professional proposal.
