Build a Jewellery Shopify Site complete with a plug in for wholesale pricing wall

* Please answer my brief specifically to my needs below. All bids submitted that are generic will not be viewed.* I am in the process of working with a designer who is building my website. Unfortunately the time it is taken to finalise is well over the deadline. I am looking for someone that had a lot of experience with Shopify but is also a great designer to help finalise this for me. It looks like Shopify is the best solution and they will need the customer pricing app as well ([login to view URL]). I am looking for someone who can take this from beginning to completion and who has done this before (including the customer pricing app that requires liquid editing. Timing will be to commence asap and complete by end of June. I need a quick turn around and good communication. I'd also like to have an ongoing relationship for future work I will need.
