Book write up Website to correct and improve

I have one web site development which is not finished. So by answering to question, peolple will write his book and download it at the end of the process. the admin connection allow him to setup questions, example... the front end connection is for user The site is not working properly. At this moment the 2 main issues are : - french accent generates bugs, this should be configured in the [login to view URL] files - the second main issue is about membership management. No one can create a login and password to get into their environement. My requirement for this project is devided into 2 parts: 1- correct rapidly the issues mentioned above and remove all of the other company name, address... 2- Improve the code: - adding membership management and improving the admin environement.
