Advanced Web Designer

I am looking for a Web Designer with PHP whom can build and maintain a website for me. The site must be VERY user friendly and have log in access for Clients (+- 500, perhaps more) Must have an Admin Log-in too Also the facility to self register as a new client. Be able to deactivate a client if funds for the month has not been paid - no delete of any client but the option for a client to opt out Advert must run for 45 days and automatically deleted of the site Look at [login to view URL] - this is sort of a similar look and feel we have in mind Your job won't only stop at the design of the site but also help us to continuously maintain the site, which means you will get paid monthly too for the Maintenance of the site. Further more - most of our clients do not have a personal website of which you can assist us there too with that design (with additional payment of course) and help them build there sites and also Maintain it. Once again it must be user friendly and be able that the client can easily load a new advert on either both or the option that the client can load it on the Main site and it will asked if they would like to show the add also on there personal site too. Your skill as below and we would like to see other work you have done to similar or bigger. Would be nice if you can be residing in Gauteng but not essential if your work is of such a high standard that we can't rest not to make use of you.
