A GOOD CHINESE WORDPESS Designer who knows CHINESE

Looking for a Chinese speaking developer - who will be able o translate some titles and headlines to Chinese correctly. We need to design a banner for a home page - this banner will take part of the home page and it should be clickable ( as a button) and redirect people to other page after clicking. Add language icons that switch languages from English to Chinese ( we had them installed - you will have to recover them). And design 3 pages - the pages will have contact forms and you will have to find pictures that will be relative to the text that will be placed on the page - we need good designers for that.
