Build a Website/Blog with landing page included

Here is what I need: - I need a Webpage that looks like this: [login to view URL] With the list of all buildings and pictures. Below each picture I need a link that says: to view all available listings in this building click here. When they click, it will take them to a landing page. - I also want to have a blog on this page to allow me postings (to enhance SEO ranking). - Landing page: Buyers will fill out a form with: Name, Last name, email address, phone, location desired, # bedroom, # baths, price range, looking to move in (30,60,90,180 days), Approve for mortgage (yes or no). - After they fill out the form they will see a message: Thank you. I will be contacting you shortly with a list of all available listings in the area. (or something to that affect) How much will this cost me and how long will it take?
