Add finishing touches (adjust color/buttons) for homepage for upcoming class

Hello, I'm an instructor teaching young adults to add more walking into their busy lives! I had a wonderful budding graphic designer volunteer to help make the webpage/logo. Literally a day or so before she was set to finish, she went into labor and will be quite busy tending to her newborn. Class is going to start in a few weeks. So we just need someone to do some finishing touches on the index page. I don't want a major redesign (after all, it was made by a good friend!) but just adjust the colors and do some finishing touches. She mentioned that she was about to figure out the colors in the main body section and adjust the side panels, shortly before going into labor. So that's what I'm looking for you to do while she's tending to her new family. I have saved the main page as a png file and it should show up below (see [login to view URL]). I also included the paint dot net files (.pdn) compressed and attached below (in an .rar file) To read more about what I'm looking for, see "More info" below! ## Deliverables More info: What I'm looking for: * Adjust some of the colors: keep the red theme color and the yellow sign color. But the other colors you can adjust. For example, I do know that the blue box doesn't really match the other colors. * Adjust the buttons or panels if they look unfinished * Any other finishing touches or cleanups. Nothing too big, just light touchup work. * The original designer and myself are both huge fans of the golden ratio/golden spiral. Any opportunity to add that to the site (e.g. a ratio of 1.618) will be greatly appreciated! * Fonts used in the site are either Georgia or Trebuchet MS. Note: * The files are in paint dot net; I attempted to add layers to make it easier to adjust things. * If we work well together (and assuming the first person is preoccupied) there might be more work for you in the future! * Please do have a portfolio of some sort I can look through (if it's not already on your profile, send me a link to it). * So I know this isn't a spam post, reply with a "Hello, John" or "John," and be sure to provide your name, so I know who I'm talking to!
