develop a hostel online booking features

I want to develop an online booking system for hostel management. the current system works in manual condition, where a customer need to download forms from website and check the room availability by liaising via email. It's a tedious job for government's hostel. The new features that gonna be developed by you is a sub webpage for existing website and no need to include payment system yet at the moment. Very limited budget but the potential of getting bigger projects should the system works perfectly. Please send sample of your previous online booking job portfolio for quick response.
